Today, what started with a short discussion at DrupalCampNYC2, has come to fruition. I’m working for NowPublic, and I’m really excited. It’s not often an opportunity comes my way to work on something I believe in, and people’s empowerment is high on my list of @todo’s. If working on something that is cool isn’t enough, I get to work with chx and Morbus, Karoly Negyesi and Kevin Hemenway respectively.

They’re both adept developers and fun personalities. There is more to the team that I haven’t met yet, but I assume they are all equally stellar. Best of all, NowPublic is moving to a Drupal 5 / CCK infrastructure, and have some awesome file management needs. I expect for a few good contributions to make there way back to the Drupal community from my work with them. This year promises to be laden with good times and great code.
